Shipping Policy
Shipping costs
We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Delivery is free for orders of € 199 or more. For orders below that amount, we charge € 9.99 for a package. Gym flooring tiles are shipped on pallets and follow a separate policy: free for orders of € 425 or more, which is approximately ten tiles, and € 75 for orders below that. Large equipment and gym flooring are shipped via pallet freight, while smaller orders are sent as packages.
After picking up your order at our warehouse, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code from our shipping partners, GLS or Kuehne + Nagel, via email and WhatsApp. This allows you to easily track the status of your delivery. In Belgium, pallets are usually delivered the day after pickup; in the Netherlands, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days. The carrier will deliver the pallet to your doorstep. If no one is home, the pallet will be taken back and redelivered the following day.
Shipping to France and Germany
Orders outside the Benelux—such as to France and Germany—are, of course, also possible. For these shipments, we request a quote from our carrier so that you always receive a transparent and fair shipping rate.
All prices on our website include VAT. Delivery within the Benelux region is free for orders of € 199 or more. For orders below that amount, we charge € 9.99. For gym flooring tiles, the threshold is € 425, below which we charge € 75. You will see this cost during checkout before confirming your order.
Delivery of your order
We strive to process and ship your order quickly. All orders are packed on a Euro pallet and delivered to your home by either GLS or Kuehne Nagel. In Belgium and the Netherlands, your order is usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days. For Luxembourg, delivery times can vary from 5 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery services may experience delays during peak periods, which could result in a few extra days of waiting time.
During busy periods, such as around holidays, processing may take slightly longer. For up-to-date information on processing times, you can always contact our customer service.
Smaller orders weighing up to 30 kg are shipped via DPD, while larger shipments, such as dumbbell sets and large pieces of equipment, are handled by GLS and Kuehne Nagel. Deliveries are made to the first lockable door. Is your address difficult for a truck to access? Please let us know in advance.
Would you like to schedule a specific delivery time? Please indicate this in the comments with your order. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Availability and stock
We strive to deliver most products directly from stock. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible. The stock status of each product can be found on the website.
Pick up yourself?
You can also pick up your order yourself at our warehouse at Ter Stratenweg 44D in Ranst, free of delivery charges. Please arrange this in advance via 03 808 90 30 or info@fitnessdepot.be, and we will have everything ready for you.
