For 1-on-1 training, about 14 m² is sufficient. Allow for roughly 1 m of clearance around a rack so you can stand next to your client, and more for landmine exercises with a 220 cm barbell.
A 14 m² studio built around a Martech M8 with dumbbells and flooring costs approx. € 7,800, while a studio of approx. 30 m² with an M14 and three Concept2 machines costs approx. € 12,200. A complete studio of approx. 100 m² with a sprint track comes to approx. € 21,900, excluding mirrors and a platform mat. Installation generally accounts for 10 to 15 % of the total.
That largely depends on your space. In a narrow room, the compact M8 Twinratio is a strong choice, whereas under a low ceiling you would choose the 213 cm M6. Anyone wanting the most complete functional trainer with sufficient space should opt for the M14 with sliding bench.

We deliver quickly from our warehouse in Ranst, including on Saturdays and in specific cases in the evening. For installation by our own team, you can generally expect 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the time of year.
Yes, on an ad hoc basis or via a multi-year contract where we inspect everything at fixed intervals. The frequency depends on usage: how many hours a day and how heavy the training is. Maintenance is a paid service and is agreed upon together in advance.
