Frequently Asked Questions
A cable station or all-in-one rack, an adjustable bench, light dumbbells, and a sports floor cover most rehabilitation and strength exercises. If you want cardio, the Spirit CT800+ is our bestseller for professional environments such as physiotherapy practices.
A cable corner of approx. 15 m² with FT90, bench, dumbbells, and flooring costs approx. €3,700. A practice gym of 25 m² like the one at The Hinge comes to approx. €5,500 plus mirrors, and an exercise room of 75 m² with cardio and reformer to approx. €22,900. Installation is usually 10 to 15% of the total; via renting or leasing, you can spread this over 24 to 60 months.
For rehabilitation, a 2:1 ratio works best: a 5 kg plate feels like 2.5 kg at the handle. For strong patients and heavy rows or pulldowns, 1:1 is better. That is why we usually recommend a machine for a practice that combines both, such as the M6 or the M8 Twinratio.
Because the bar is counterbalanced and starts at 0 kg. This allows your patient to perform a squat or press along a fixed path without immediately carrying 20 kg. With 11 hook positions and a rubber stop, you determine how deep the bar drops.
A tile with a fine, dense top layer, such as our Easy Clean tile of 100 x 100 x 2 cm: a simple mop is enough. According to the product data sheet, it dampens impact sound by 34 dB, keeping the adjacent treatment rooms quiet. Learn more about choosing a rubber sports floor.
Allow about 1 m all around an M6 or M8 so that you can stand next to your patient. For landmine exercises, you need more space because the bar is 220 cm long.
Yes. We also deliver on Saturdays and, in specific cases, in the evening; it is best to contact us. For installation by our own team, you can generally expect 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the period.
Yes, on an ad-hoc basis or with a multi-year contract where we check everything at fixed intervals. The frequency depends on usage, such as how many hours a day training takes place. Maintenance is a paid service and is agreed upon together in advance.
