In a garden shed in Helmond, we set up a compact gym of approximately 11 m² featuring the Martech M8 3IN1 Performance: a smith machine, a half rack, and a cable station all in one frame, complemented by a dumbbell set ranging from 5 to 40 kg and a mirrored wall. What the client wanted
- A gym in the garden shed, close to home.
- Compact: as much training as possible in a limited square footage.
Our approach
In a space of approximately 11 m², there is no room for separate machines. Therefore, we chose the Martech M8 3IN1 Performance, which combines a smith machine, a half rack, and a cable station into a single frame. This allows you to perform squats, presses, cable exercises, dips, and pull-ups without switching machines.
The dumbbell set ranging from 5 to 40 kg is kept in a rack next to the main frame, and four mirrors measuring 90 x 160 cm make the garden shed feel more spacious.

Before anything was delivered, the customer saw in 3D how the rack, dumbbells, and mirrors would be arranged in the garden shed.

The installation
Our team delivered to Helmond, installed the custom sports flooring, attached the mirrors, and assembled and adjusted the rack. We removed the packaging waste and cleaned the space so the customer could start working out right away.
