The Body-Solid GLM85B is a compact lat machine featuring both high and low pulleys, allowing you to transition smoothly from lat pulldowns to seated rows and bent-over rows without changing cables. It comes as plate loaded by default, and those who wish to upgrade later can add a weight stack. Available with a 95KG or 140KG weight stack.
Thanks to the 1:1 ratio, you feel the exact weight you load. Includes a lat bar and low row bar, along with an adjustable leg hold down, making it ideal for the home gym or a smaller training space.
