Why choose this model? € 100 more expensive than the Martech PRO barbell (€ 199), but you step directly into the bar, and the open side makes lunges and carries easier. It is a supplement to a standard barbell, not a replacement for bench presses or squats.
Space and ceiling: The bar measures 185.4 x 66 cm and is 19 cm high. Make sure to allow extra space on both sides for loading weight plates.

Product description
The Body-Solid Tools OTB100 is an open trap bar: open on one side so you can easily step in and out. The dual high and low handles allow you to vary your range of motion for deadlifts, shrugs, lunges, split squats and farmer's carries.
Thanks to the built-in bar jack, the sleeves are raised off the floor, allowing you to load plates without hassle. Suitable for Olympic weight plates (50 mm) with a capacity of 450 kg.
