A complete set of 15 pairs of round dumbbells, ranging from 12 to 40 kg in 2-kg increments. Together, they total 30 dumbbells and 780 kg, neatly stored in a sturdy three-tier rack with flat shelves.
Round dumbbells with medium knurling
The weight increases in 2-kg increments, so you can build up gradually with each exercise. The grip has medium knurling: enough grip for heavy sets, without feeling rough on your hands.
Three-tier rack with flat shelves
The rack has three slanted shelves that are 34.5 cm deep, with a raised edge at the front to prevent the dumbbells from rolling off. Because the shelves are flat, you can easily remove the dumbbells from the rack and put them back.
