Why this model? Compared to the HD3000 Half Rack (€ 745), you pay € 254 more for an enclosed cage, a cable system, and dip handles. The M1 Gym bundle (€ 2,100) adds a bench, a 20 kg barbell, and 107.5 kg of bumper plates.
Space and ceiling: Floor space 105 x 155.5 cm, height 213.5 cm; factor in a width of approx. 2.60 m for a 220 cm barbell. The rack is delivered in parts, so doorway clearance is not an issue.
Product description
The Martech M1 Power Cage is a compact power cage with a cable system, delivered as a complete set with all accessories. With a height of 213.5 cm, the rack fits in most basements, garages, and rooms with a lower ceiling. The frame is constructed from 2.5 mm thick steel and has a weight capacity of up to 250 kg. The M1 is a semi-professional rack for the serious homegym.
Thanks to the included accessories, you can combine various training stations into a single machine:
- Power cage: J-hooks, spotter arms, and safety tubes for squats, bench press, and overhead press.
- Cable system: a high and low cable pulley (1:1) for pulldowns, rows, curls, triceps pushdowns, and kickbacks.
- Pull-up rack: for pull-ups and chin-ups.
- Dip station: dip handles for chest, triceps, and shoulders.
- Landmine and T-bar row: for presses, rows, and rotations.
- Storage: pegs for weight plates and a barbell holder at the rear of the rack.
Train safely in a four-sided cage
A power cage has four uprights, allowing you to train inside the rack. The spotter arms and safety tubes catch the barbell if you miss a repetition, allowing you to train heavier without a spotter. Foot supports at the base give the rack extra stability.
Quick and precise adjustment
Laser-engraved numbers on the uprights make it easy to position J-hooks, spotter arms, and other accessories at the exact same height. You can add resistance bands via the band pegs on the side. The rack is modular, allowing you to expand it further later on.
