Product description
The Martech Military Bench is the perfect addition to any home gym and semi-professional training space. Thanks to the fully adjustable design, you can effortlessly switch between different positions, allowing you to tailor every workout precisely to your goals. With 9 backrest positions and 3 seat positions, you can target your chest, shoulders and arms, as well as your legs, all with one versatile bench.
Unique to this bench is the integrated leg extension attachment. This allows you to easily perform leg extensions for your quadriceps directly from your military bench. The system is plate loaded and suitable for 50 mm weight plates, making your leg workouts just as heavy and progressive as your upper body workouts. This turns the bench into a fully-fledged all-in-one strength station for both the upper and lower body.
Thanks to the robust commercial-grade steel frame, the bench is built for heavy and intensive workouts, completely free of movement or instability. The 30 cm wide backrest offers optimal support for your back and shoulders, while the anti-slip surface ensures you stay stable during every lift. With a maximum load capacity of up to 450 kg, you can train with complete confidence, even during heavy compound exercises.
In addition to strength and functionality, space saving has also been considered. The built-in vertical storage stand makes it possible to store the bench upright when not in use. Ideal for home gyms where every square metre counts, without compromising on professionalism.
The durable upholstery, made from scratch- and tear-resistant material, guarantees a long lifespan, even with intensive use. The unique clear coating gives the bench a premium and industrial look that is resistant to wear and tear and fits perfectly within the Martech Fitness line.
