Why this model? € 74 more than the MT-HD2000 (€ 425), for a 3 mm steel frame and a storage stand for vertical storage. If you also want to perform leg exercises, choose the version with a leg attachment right away (€ 675): upgrading afterwards is not possible.
Space and ceiling: 127 x 61 cm and 43 cm high; you can also store it upright. It arrives in parts, so doorway access is not an issue.

Martech HD3000 Military Weight Bench
The Martech HD3000 Military Weight Bench is an adjustable weight bench featuring 9 backrest positions and 3 seat positions. Its 3 mm thick steel frame supports a load capacity of up to 450 kg. The bench is suitable for flat, incline, and upright exercises, ranging from bench presses and incline presses to seated shoulder presses.
Adjustable for every exercise
With 9 backrest positions, you can easily transition from flat to incline and fully upright. The seat can be adjusted to 3 positions, ensuring you remain securely seated during incline exercises. This allows you to train your chest, shoulders, and arms effectively using dumbbells or a barbell in a rack.
Stable and heavy-duty load capacity
The frame is constructed from 3 mm thick powder-coated steel and weighs 49 kg. With a maximum load capacity of 450 kg, the bench remains exceptionally stable, even during heavy presses.
Comfort and grip
The backrest and seat are each 30 cm wide and padded with firm, high-density foam. The synthetic leather upholstery is scratch- and tear-resistant and features a high-grip surface to prevent slipping during your workout.
Upright storage
Thanks to the built-in storage stand, you can store the bench vertically when not in use. This helps you save valuable floor space in your workout area.
