Why this model? At € 449, this is the most affordable PowerBlock: the same range as the Pro 50 (€ 623), but with 15 instead of 19 settings, and expandable with the Stage 2 and 3 kits (€ 199 each). The Pro 100 EXP Stage 1 (€ 569) starts lower (18 kg) but scales up to 45 kg.
Space and ceiling: Each dumbbell measures approx. 32 x 18 x 18 cm, so the pair fits on a shelf or on the PowerBlock Large Compact Stand (€ 85) or PowerMax Stand (€ 215).

PowerBlock Elite EXP Stage 1: adjustable dumbbells up to 23 kg per hand
One compact set that replaces up to 16 pairs of traditional dumbbells. The PowerBlock Elite EXP Stage 1 is adjustable from approximately 2 to 23 kg per hand and can later be expanded to 41 kg via separate kits. You change weights in seconds with the magnetic pin, and the contoured TPR grip fits comfortably in the hand. Ideal for training your entire body at home with minimal space.
What do you get with the Stage 1 set?
The Stage 1 is the base set and immediately a fully fledged, ready-to-use dumbbell set; you do not need an extra kit to train. Each hand is adjustable from approximately 2 to 23 kg (5–50 lb), distributed across 15 weight levels.

The base set alone replaces up to 16 pairs of standalone dumbbells, a massive space saving.
How do you adjust the weight?
You can change the weight in two steps. For large jumps, move the U-shaped magnetic pin to the desired level, which takes seconds without unscrewing. For fine increments, add the included 1.1 kg (2.5 lb) rods, allowing you to adjust in small steps (2.5 or 5 lb).
Compared to traditional adjustable dumbbells with screw closures, the PowerBlocks are extremely quick to set up. You can immediately read the set weight on the table on the dumbbell.
Comfortable grip and compact design
The Elite EXP features a contoured TPR grip that feels comfortable and less rough than a knurled steel grip, which is pleasant for longer sessions and high volume. Thanks to its compact size (approx. 32 × 18 × 18 cm), the blocks are easy to handle and take up much less space than a full dumbbell rack.
