Why this model? The same range as the Elite EXP Stage 1 (€ 449), but with 19 settings instead of 15 and without expansion kits; you pay € 174 more. If you want to lift heavier later, the Pro 100 EXP Stage 1 (€ 569) with kits up to 45 kg is more logical.
Space and ceiling: Each dumbbell measures approx. 33 x 18 x 18.5 cm. You do not need a separate stand to change weights; the PowerMax Stand (€ 215) is useful for the working height.

One compact pair that replaces 19 pairs of classic dumbbells. The PowerBlock Pro 50 is adjustable from approximately 2 to 23 kg per hand and fits in a frame of barely 33 × 18 cm. You can change weight in seconds with the magnetic selector pin, without a separate stand, and even convert the blocks into a barbell or kettlebell with the right attachments. Compact, durable, and versatile, ideal for a home gym.
What is the Pro 50?
The Pro 50 is an adjustable dumbbell set with a fixed weight range: from approximately 2 to 23 kg (5–50 lb) per hand, divided over 19 weight levels. Unlike the EXP models, the Pro 50 is not expandable; you buy the full range immediately and do not need expansion kits. This way, one set replaces up to 19 pairs of separate dumbbells, or approximately 474 kg of free weights.

How do you adjust the weight?
For larger jumps, move the magnetic selector pin to the desired level; the chosen plates come along while the rest remain in the frame. For finer adjustments, add the included 1.1 kg micro-weights, allowing you to adjust in increments of 2.5 or 5 lb.
Key advantage: you do not need a separate base stand to change weights, unlike many other adjustable dumbbells. This saves space and time
