The Sole Fitness B74 is an upright exercise bike for those looking for a comfortable yet challenging workout at home. The electromagnetic resistance features 20 levels, transitioning quietly and smoothly from one level to the next, driven by an 8.16 kg flywheel.
The gel saddle is adjustable in both height and depth, allowing users of different heights to find their ideal posture. The large, ergonomic pedals are tilted 2 degrees inward, a patented Sole design. The 19 cm blue-lit LCD screen displays time, distance, speed, resistance, calories, and heart rate, among other metrics, and you can choose from 10 programs, including 2 heart rate-controlled ones.
The console includes speakers with an audio jack, a cooling fan, and a bottle holder. You can measure your heart rate via the hand sensors or a chest strap. The steel frame supports users up to 130 kg and comes with a 10-year warranty.
