Why this model? Compared to the Sole F65 (€ 1,995), you pay € 600 more, mainly for the touchscreen with Wi-Fi and apps and a 3.5 hp motor instead of 3.0 hp; the running surface is the same. The F85 (€ 3,095) costs € 500 more and gives you 4.0 hp, 22 km/h, an incline starting from -6, and a larger screen. If you rarely run faster than 19 km/h, the F80 is sufficient.
Space and ceiling: Floor: 209.5 x 96.5 cm (L x W), height 167.6 cm; folded 111.7 x 96.5 x 181.6 cm. Keep at least 2 m clear behind the treadmill: safety standard EN 957/ISO 20957 requires a free zone of 2 m x the width of the treadmill behind the unit. Therefore, account for approx. 4.10 m in length. Ceiling: user height + 17 cm step-on height + approx. 20 cm margin; for someone 1.85 m tall, that is approx. 2.22 m. The treadmill is delivered mostly assembled and weighs 124.3 kg: measure doors, hallways, and stairs in advance.

The Sole Fitness F80 is a foldable treadmill featuring Sole's Z-frame, designed for walking or running at home. The quiet 3.5 hp motor reaches 19 km/h, and you can choose from 15 incline levels on a cushioned running surface of 56 x 152.5 cm with a 2-ply belt and 6 cm rollers.
The console features a 25.6 cm touchscreen with Wi-Fi. You can open apps like YouTube and Netflix on it or mirror the screen of your Apple or Android device. Speed and incline can be adjusted using 14 shortcut keys or toggle switches.
Via Bluetooth FTMS, you can work with the SOLE+ app and other fitness apps, and pair a compatible Garmin wearable. Your smartphone charges wirelessly (10 W), and there are Bluetooth speakers and fans. The F80 supports users up to 150 kg, with a 10-year warranty on the frame and 5 years on the motor.
