Why this model? Compared to the F80 (€ 2,595), you pay € 500 more for a stronger motor, 22 km/h, the negative incline and a larger screen. The DKN EnduRun 2.0 (€ 3,295) costs € 200 more and features a 4 hp brushless motor, but is not foldable. If you want the F85 capabilities and a folding treadmill, this is Sole's top model.
Space and ceiling: Floor: 209.5 x 96.5 cm (L x W), height 167.6 cm; folded 111.8 x 96.5 x 181.6 cm. Keep at least 2 m clear behind the treadmill: the EN 957/ISO 20957 safety standard requires a free zone of 2 m x the width of the treadmill behind the machine. So count on approx. 4.10 m in length. Ceiling: body height + 17 cm step-on height + approx. 20 cm margin; for someone of 1.85 m that is approx. 2.22 m. The treadmill arrives mostly in one piece and weighs 144.6 kg: measure doors, hallways and stairs in advance.

The Sole Fitness F85 is the flagship model among Sole's folding treadmills for home training. It includes everything from the F80, featuring a more powerful 4.0 hp motor, speeds up to 22 km/h, and an incline from -6 to 15, allowing you to run downhill as well.
The 56 x 152.5 cm running surface operates on 7 cm rollers and includes cushioning. The 39.6 cm touchscreen works with Wi-Fi, features built-in apps like YouTube and Netflix, and allows you to mirror your device screen. In addition to the standard programs and 7 military fitness tests, you can save up to 12 custom programs.
You can connect to the SOLE+ app via Bluetooth FTMS. Your smartphone charges wirelessly (10 W), and there are Bluetooth speakers and a cooling fan. The Z-frame supports users up to 165 kg, backed by a 10-year warranty on the frame and 5 years on the motor.
