Product description
The Steelflex PLLC-BR is a plate-loaded leg curl for targeted training of the hamstrings, suitable for commercial and home use. You can train both legs together or each individually, and the machine has five adjustment levels.
The V-shaped bench isolates the hamstrings, and the direct-link movement arm ensures a smooth, continuous motion. Adjustable foot rollers adapt the machine to users of any height, and side handles provide extra stability and control. Six plate holders provide space for your weights and keep your training area tidy.
The frame is made of 11-gauge steel with 5 x 10 cm tubing, featuring an electrostatic powder coating and sealed bearings at all pivot points. The unit weighs 71 kg and has a maximum load capacity of 200 kg. The warranty is 15 years on the frame and 2 years on bearings and parts. It works with Olympic weight plates. Plates and collars are not included.
