The Steelflex PLAC-BR is a plate loaded abdominal crunch designed for targeted abdominal training, suitable for both commercial and non-commercial use.
With a simple adjustment, you can focus the exercise on your rectus abdominis or oblique muscles. Load Olympic weight plates onto the weight horns to tailor the resistance to your workout. The seat and backrest feature 50 mm CGPC foam that is sweat-resistant and easy to clean, while ergonomic handles and non-slip feet provide extra stability during the exercise.
The frame is made of 11-gauge steel with a 5 x 10 cm oval tubing and an electrostatically applied powder coating, featuring sealed industrial bearings at all pivot points. The machine works exclusively with Olympic plates; weights and collars are not included. The maximum user weight is 120 kg.
