The Steelflex PLHE-BR is a plate-loaded hip extension designed for targeted training of the glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps. The device is suitable for both commercial and home use.
The movement path follows the body's natural motion, allowing you to effectively isolate the targeted muscle groups. A wide non-slip platform provides a stable stance during the exercise. The device weighs 99 kg, has a load capacity of 225 kg, and is suitable for users up to 120 kg.
The frame is made of 11-gauge steel with 5 x 10 cm tubing, featuring an electrostatic powder coating, continuous welds, and industrial sealed bearings at all pivot points. The upholstery features high-density 50 mm foam. The warranty includes 15 years on the frame and 2 years on bearings and components. The machine operates with Olympic weight plates. Plates and collars are not included.
