Product description
The Steelflex PLSBR-BR is a plate-loaded standing back row for strength training of the back and biceps, intended for gyms and training spaces. The movement is based on the single-arm dumbbell row: you stand bent over and perform a controlled rowing motion toward yourself.
An adjustable support handle keeps you stable and helps you maintain the correct bent-over posture. The arms move independently, allowing you to train the left and right sides separately for balanced muscle development. The handles feature a PVC coating. Thanks to its compact design, the machine also fits in rooms with limited space.
The 11-gauge steel frame with 5 x 10 cm tubing features a powder coat finish, continuous welds, and sealed bearings at all pivot points. Four Olympic weight plate holders accommodate 50 mm plates. Weights and collars are not included. The warranty is 15 years on the frame and 2 years on bearings and parts.
