Product description
The Steelflex PLSR-BR is a plate-loaded seated row designed to strengthen your back and upper body. The machine is suitable for both commercial and home use.
The arms move divergently along a dual axis for a biomechanically correct back exercise, and can be used together or individually. The handles rotate 360°, allowing for a natural range of motion. The chest pad is gas-assist adjustable to match your arm length, ensuring complete isolation of back muscles. Each arm supports up to 150 kg.
The seat features thick padding, and anti-slip feet keep the machine stable. The frame is constructed from 11-gauge steel with 5 x 10 cm tubing, finished with an electrostatic powder coating and sealed bearings at all pivot points. It comes with a 15-year warranty on the frame and 2 years on bearings and parts. The machine operates with Olympic weight plates. Plates and collars are not included.
